Cures with an over 4,000-year tradition
The concept of Asian medicine includes many types of Far Eastern cures. They all have in common a holistic philosophy that views nature, body, mind and soul as a whole.
This medicine is based on more than 4,000 years of tradition. A variety of different techniques with various cultural and ethnic backgrounds developed: Whether acupressure, acupuncture, Ayurveda, Reiki, shiatsu, traditional Chinese medicine or traditional Thai massage (Nuad Thai), all of them serve the prevention treatment of illnesses.
Meanwhile even critics have been convinced by these techniques. The offered massage techniques shall represent an opposite pole for stress and pressure to perform in today's time.
Many elements of the different Asian cultures, e.g. from India (aromatherapy) and China (acupressure), have shaped and substantially influenced the offered techniques.
